Service Level Targets
Uptime: We strive to maintain a minimum uptime of 99.9% for our website, excluding scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Response Time: Our goal is to respond to customer inquiries regarding the herbal medicines within 24 hours during our regular business hours of 9AM-6PM.
Order Processing: We aim to process and ship orders for the herbal medicines within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Responsibilities
Dudhwa Herbs: We will make every reasonable effort to meet the service level targets outlined in this SLA, including ensuring the availability of the herbal medicines for purchase and providing prompt customer support.
