Male infertility can be due to poor ( semen and sperm ) production/ shape/function or blockages that prevent sperm delivery.

(1) It is very essential to have good quality sperm and ovum to get a good progeny.

• Mild SpermCount of less than 30 million sperm/1ml semen
• Moderate (oligospermia) less than 15 million sperm/1ml semen
• Severe (oligozoospermia) less than 5 million/1ml semen

 (3) ASTHENOSPERMIA low motility of sperm

 (4) TERATOZOOSPERMIA sperm with abnormal morphology (bi-headed, headless, tailless sperm)

PROBLEM WITH SEXUAL FUNCTION

Erectile dysfunction (ED): –  is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles, and blood vessels. Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these.

Bad food and habits lead to the production of ‘AMA’ (STICKY TOXIN) that clogs the channel (shrot) leading to high cholesterol, increase tissue insulin resistance leading increased production of insulin (high blood insulin) leading to more hunger& obesity, coagulation of blood vessel leading to the cardiac problem and erectile dysfunction.

Mild – unable to delay ejaculation till the person wishes

Moderate- ejaculation within 1 minute of the sexual act after penetration
